Delivery and payment

Payment

The customer can pay in advance by bank account or immediately via secure, external payment providers by credit card and Paypal. Payment is made via the specially secured area. The costs for credit cards etc. are charged to the customer based on the shop strategy.

The products remain the property of Angie Acrylics until full payment has been received. Payment must be made by the customer within three days.

Detailed provisions on the conclusion of the contract can be found in the GTC.

Delivery times and dispatch

Delivery times vary depending on the size of the product and the country of delivery. The available shipping methods (called "delivery options") are listed for each product. The customer selects these delivery options during the order process. If the customer does not select an option, the default ("standard shipping") is activated. After receipt of payment, the ordered goods are securely packed and delivered.

Delivery, obligation to inspect, notification of defects and returns

Deliveries are dispatched to the address specified by the customer in the order. Upon dispatch, the benefit and risk shall pass to the customer, insofar as this is legally permissible. If the delivery cannot be delivered or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Angie Acrylics may cancel the contract after notifying the customer of the defect by e-mail and setting a reasonable deadline, and may charge the customer for the costs of the handling.

The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to notify Angie Acrylics immediately in writing of any defects for which Angie Acrylics is liable. Photos of the defect must be enclosed. Angie Acrylics will examine the complaint and clarify the next steps with the customer.

Any returns must be notified to Angie Acrylics in writing in advance, stating the reason. The procedure will then be discussed. Returns are made at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and a detailed description of the defects to the address of Angie Acrylics.
